Brandon, I just noticed something today for the first time. In the past I've been able to use f5, type in the verses I want, then go to another verse and hit f5, and my previous reference is still there, but I can also add my new reference.

I believe that's how it worked under SP. But now w/Win 7 I can't do that.

Is it just faulty memory, or is this a change.

If it's really happening, any way to get the f5 key to work as it has before? I found that really helpful when I wanted to simply list a few verses all at once, but perhaps had to go in & out of the f5 key.

Thanks.

My friend, Tim Morton, has graciously made available the source material for a greatly expanded version of The Treasury of Scriptural Knowledge. I have converted it to a Swordsearcher Commentary and set of book and chapter notes. You can read about it here.
https://sites.google.com/site/wsbones/#tske

Browse the rest of the SS material while you are there :)

You will need to download the commentary and also the book of notes (which is linked to the commentary on the first verse of each chapter) and put them in the C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Documents\SwordSearcher User Modules directory. The raw text is not necessary but is available for anyone wanting to convert it to another system.

Besides making corrections, the cross references are greatly expanded by making "reciprocal references". For example, if John 1:1 referenced Gen 1:1 but Gen 1:1 did not reference John 1:1 then a reciprocal reference was created on Gen 1:1.

Hi Bill,

1-1 is about Discipleship. Have you develop another one?
By the way what are the steps to take in order to integrate it into SS as an outside module?

Can you do it using free-mind for the map?
http://freemind.sourceforge.net/wiki....php/Main_Page

and than develop it into SS module?
Thanks for your amazing creativeness.

Improvement to BD3WP

I made an improvement to Bonnell's Dictionary of 3 Word Phrases (BD3WP) and 4 Word Phrases(BD4WP). You can download them here:

I made an improvement to Bonnell's Dictionary of 3 Word Phrases (BD3WP) and 4 Word Phrases(BD4WP). You can download them here:
BD3WP https://sites.google.com/site/wsbone...attredirects=0
BD4WP https://sites.google.com/site/wsbone...attredirects=0

The improvement is a word link at the top of each entry that will search the dictionary for any phrases containing that keyword that may have been categorized under a another** keyword. Previously, the word link searched the KJV Bible for the word.

(** A phrase is categorized under the first occurring, longest word in the phrase. If 2 words in a phrase are the same length, the first one is where the phrase would be found. A phrase is categorized only under one keyword.)

Here's an example. In the dictionary entry for Aaron all the phrases where Aaron is the longest word are listed. But, Aaron also appears in 28 other topics where another word is longer than Aaron. Now by clicking on aaron at the top of the Aaron entry, a search will return all the phases containing Aaron. Previously, this could be done using the F3 key and typing in the word, Aaron.

THIS IS THE ENTRY FOR AARON:
Bonnell's Dictionary of Three Word Phrases
aaron
First occurrence of aaron is in Ex 4:14
29 aaron and his
26 sons of aaron
20 and aaron and
19 of aaron the
17 unto aaron and
... rest omitted

Now if you click the word link for aaron in this entry, the search box returns the following:

Showing all 29 results in Bonnell's Dictionary of Three Word Phrases.
...
aaron
First occurrence of aaron is in ex 4.14 29 aaron and his 26 sons of a...
against
amram
First occurrence of amram is in ex 6.18 3 amram aaron and 2 sons of amram 2 of amram aaron 2 amram...

... The remainder of the 29 entries have been deleted here.

I found this book, "The Master's Indwelling" by Andrew Murray at http://www.ccel.org/ccel/murray/indwelling.html

I downloaded the free Plain Text (UTF-8) which states the following:
Title: The Master's Indwelling
Creator(s): Murray, Andrew (1828-1917)
Rights: Public Domain
CCEL Subjects: All; Proofed

I created a user module and installed it in SS6.

Since the book is Public Domain, is there any problem with sharing it? If not, what is the best way to share it with other SS users? I don't have a website like WSBones but would be happy to work with anyone who can take this to the next step.

I was going through some things that belonged to my parents and came across a devotional book titled "At the Name of Jesus" - 365 meditations on the names of Jesus. I can hardly wait to sit down with it for more than a few minutes! Wahoo!

There are some other books that I haven't really looked at yet. I wonder what other treasures are in the stack! :)

I have another little book called "God's Answers For Your Life" that is has section titles like "How to be Christ-Centered" or "How To Have An Effective Prayer Life" followed by scriptures - no commentary or other text. The book is copyrighted and I wonder why. How do you copyright God's word? Or do you suppose the section titles are the copyrighted material? It's a neat little book anyway.
