This kind of ambiguous reference in a topic doesn't resolve as intended without punctuation. Ps 14.1 Joh 1.1-5

The 14.1 could be at the end of a sentence or it could mean First John.

This could happen with any of the books that start with a number.

Just pointing it out since I just did it myself without thinking. It could have also come from pasted material.

If there is no space after the period the verse number should go with the preceding book/chapter.

Thanks, Bill. Some additional processing may be in order. There is a lot of testing for the numbered books in reference text like that. The way to work around it is to put a semicolon after the 14.1. Eg, Ps 14.1; Joh 1.1-5 parses as intended.

This has been improved in version 7.2 and your example parses correctly now. Thanks!
