My wife Kami and I have been missionaries in Thailand now for two years and we are sent by Bible Baptist Church in Marysville, California, USA. Our pastor is Kerry Brown, and he has been a great help as Kami and I seek the Lord on our journey in the Lord’s vineyard.
We began our ministry in Bangkok in 2007, while we were waiting for my wife’s visa; after our wedding at Grace Baptist Church in Bangkok, I taught English at Vallayah Alongkorn University, while we spent nine months awaiting the approval of her visa, and then left for America. We were self-supporting at that time. We attended Grace Baptist Church in Bangkok.
In 2010 we returned to Thailand and spent 60 days on a survey trip, in which we determined that Chiang Rai would be the beginning of our ministry area. We then returned to America and awaited our next trip to Thailand, in 2013, in which we spent 4 months in Bangkok ministering to Grace Baptist Church while Pastor Pran was in Australia. We were self-supporting at that time as well. We then spent 8 months in Chiang Rai, where we are working with three churches, and have a radio program every Monday at 11:00 am. We returned to America in Feb. 2014 for 8 months furlough, and are returning to Thailand on October 17th, 2014.
