Forge, the external module-building tool for SwordSearcher, has been updated to version 4.0.2.3.

Forge is a free external module build tool for SwordSearcher. It is designed for advanced users and publishers who need to be able to import a large amount of text into a SwordSearcher module without using SwordSearcher's internal user editor. Most users have no need for Forge and should just use the integrated user module tools in SwordSearcher. Please see the Forge web page for details.

    What's new in this update:
    • Fixed crashing if Bible input text had unbalanced footnote tags.
    • Other minor bug fixes.

Thanks, Brandon! I think Forge is great for what I do, and I (usually) use it several times a week to compile my foreign-language Bible. Your program (SwordSearcher) has, in my opinion, the most convenient user extensibility (ways for the user to produce his own content, from commentaries to books to Bible modules) of any Bible software I've used. I appreciate your hard work and the fact that you keep things up to date and working.
