Is there a way to get a verse-list of verses with highlighting? Maybe add a MAKE VERSELIST button to the Bible/Show verses with highlighting/ feature. OR, is there a regex search that would find highlights?

Are you meaning the show verses with User highlighting or underlining located under the Bible pulldown at the top?

There are plans to add such features, but currently the item on the Bible menu for viewing the verses with markup is the only way to do it.
