On the Bible panel, using KJV-TSK, go to eg. Psalms 25, and try scrolling down using the mouse scroll down the bottom of the page, and after a few seconds, it scrolls back to the top. Experiencing this on many pages.
 
I am unable to reproduce anything like this. When you say "on many pages" that leads me to think your mouse or something else is doing this. Scrolling to the top happens if you press the Home key, too. I do not know what would cause it to scroll back automatically.

I use Window 8, DO NOT have that issue...
 
You may need new battery for your mouse, or cleaning the red lazer....

sorry.... what is the "Home Key" ?
