I would like for the search results window to remember its last task upon shutdown and display it at startup.

Also, In the Bible window It would be a nice feature to be able to select a certain commentary or book and then be able to scroll up or down having it display the same selected commentary for each verse.

With version 5.1, you can double-click the verse reference tag next to the verse to have it load the commentary for that verse, which you can also specify in File > Preferences > Sync Options. More info here:
