    Layouts in Sword Searcher

No... you can copy a list of matching entries from one of the items in the list, but the list itself doesn't have a copy function.

    Pilcrow Index for KJV Module

It goes back to the 1990s from Bible texts available publicly a very long time.

    Pilcrow Index for KJV Module

I generated this data for you, hope it's helpful. Attached.

    Pilcrow Index for KJV Module

The pilcrow and paragraph formatting in the Bible panel is visual, it's not part of the indexed searching system. Expanding functionality around this, including allowing the pilcrow index to be replaced, is something on my to-do list.

    database conversion

The workflow might go something like this: Use something to export the database to a text file of some sort. Use a scripting tool (Python, etc) to write a program that converts the format of the file to the format that Forge requires. This will require computer programming. There are no...

Invoking the ESI from a Strong's dictionary entry Help!

I don't understand, sorry. The editor works the same whether you are editing a book or commentary entry.

    Yet Another ESV Post

Yup, when I contacted them about making it available for SwordSearcher users, trust me, it was not "free." I don't know why they thought my tiny company should be charged differently than the rest (although it is just an assumption that they other companies aren't paying for it, I wouldn't...

Start with the Topic Guide. I typed Astronomy into the Topic Guide and found a very promising start:

Invoking the ESI from a Strong's dictionary entry Help!

No, as you have noted, there is no right-click shortcut to do that. There is a URL protocol for ESI searches, though, described here: https://www.swordsearcher.com/helpfiles/current/swordsearcher_url_protocol.html The very last one. So, you can make the links, you just have to do it...

Editing Book Module information in Sword Searcher

Copying and pasting each entry into a new editable module is really the only way for a user to do this. This is why I strongly recommend starting a normal backup routine. But in this case since you have already uploaded the module here I will take care of this for you. I'm sending you a private...

    Audio Bible Files Location

If you don't mind OneDrive backing up those audio files for you, it's fine. No, it doesn't work that way. When SwordSearcher access the individual files, it uses a fully qualified path to get them in the OS, and it doesn't matter how deep into a folder structure it is. Makes no difference in...

Video Putting Bible verses into historical context

I appreciate that. Maybe some day I will set aside some time to do something like that.

    Organizing your own Book Modules.

Module sets won't sync between devices automatically but you can manually sync them. That will save your module sets settings to a file, which you can restore on another computer. For that matter, most of the settings in SwordSearcher can be transferred this way.

Video Putting Bible verses into historical context

This video shows how the TSK and juAnnals modules can be used to quickly put a date on a Bible passage, as well and potentially find concurrent passages and more historical commentary in juAnnals. This can also be viewed on YouTube.

Editing Book Module information in Sword Searcher

Exporting and then building with Forge is the only way to control what appears in the module information window. My feature request list does have this issue on it -- I understand some people would like to edit that as a title page in SwordSearcher. I can't promise when or if that feature...

    Style and Format Cleaner

Medium is the html default font size, which means it will use whatever size you have configured in your preferences (File, Preferences, Fonts and Colors). The style and format cleaner is designed to remove explicit font changes in your module entry so that it will be guaranteed to conform to...

Updated module posting guidelines and instructions

I realized today that the module posting guidelines were a bit out of date and were written before the zipping tool was added to SwordSearcher. I've updated the guidelines here.

User-submitted The Golden Key - Ben M. Bogard

On the module listing you can update the module. Go to your listing, click "Post and Update," and then click "Release New Version." It will allow you to replace the module file and provide notes about the update.

    Links to pdf pages

You can do it for entries that are part of your module. External content with file links will not provide such functionality as far as I know.
