    2024 is SwordSearcher's 30th Anniversary! 😁

Congratulations on the anniversary of your wonderful product! I was just this morning thinking about when I picked up my first SwordSearcher. I went to the computer meetings with my old boss, his old boss, and a customer from the business. We had a great time, I picked up share-ware programs...

    Making a personal devotional/prayer module

I've been working on a personal devotional and prayer module by transcribing Daily Jesus Prayers on YouTube. (Listen, pause, type) They start out with a mini sermon and end with a prayer. I'm finding it very rewarding and edifying to create this module. When someone comes to mind that I want...

    books dictionares and commentaries

I personally love the Spurgeon Sermon books, and Larkin is very interesting. Sometimes I listen to Spurgeon Sermons on YouTube and match them up with his sermons in SwordSearcher. As for commentaries, with the popup showing relevant content, I choose from the commentaries that have something...

    Love, love, love SwordSearcher!

I love that I can type the reference for a verse or verses and pressing ctrl+t will supply the words. I love that I can then highlight the verse(s) and give them a distinctive color to make them pop on the page. I love that SwordSearcher is such a wonderful tool for personal expression and...

If you click on the Modules link at the top of this page, you'll find a button that says "Add a Module" on the upper right corner of the window. It takes a while for the module to be active, and I think you need to have a public accessible place to store the module for people to download it...

    AI (not the city)

I love how you are able to pull things out of scripture. SwordSearcher has totally changed my Bible study for the better! I did a search on the Spirit and made a module with the results. It's so edifying to read the verses all together! Thank you Bill and Brandon for sharing your work.

    Images in user modules

Just keep in mind that if you use subfolders, whoever has your module will need to have the same subfolder setup or the images won't be shown in the module.

    2024 is SwordSearcher's 30th Anniversary! 😁

My first copy of SwordSearcher was on a floppy - probably for DOS as that was my favorite OS back then. I didn't have much respect for Windows. I picked it up at a computer club meeting. Best software I ever got! I remember how excited I was to try it out!

I had to look this up. Good reading! My goal this year is to abide by Eph 4:29-32.

    NASB Add-On Module Question

I was thinking about new Christians or people who don't realize that every not every Bible is a good translation - especially as a lot of churches use 'modern' translations for whatever reason. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the...
