No need for 3rd party converters, see Brandon's response above. Most of the module's I made where from PDF's. Copy and Paste in to your very own book.

I have totally given up on Codeweavers on Mac. W7 laptops are so in expensive, I just like the path of least resistance in my old age. It keeps me from becoming a curmudgeon. :D

As the pdf file is not indexed could you tell me what page in the pdf chapter 363 is on? I will be away all weekend, but I will take a look after work next week.

I would add to that the ability to highlight books and commentaries as well.
