If I wipe my computer or change to a new computer how can I save all of my user made modules and other materials to stay the same on the computer ? Do I just save all of my files ?

How do you take a PDF file and turn it into a SSmodule book or commentary and also if it has multiple books,put it under the same file name like Dr. Constables commentary of all the books of the Bible which are all in seperate files? Thanks for your help,i'm a newby to this.:confused:
