    Sword Searcher on the Metaverse?

If it's possible to be segmented apart from the debauchery enough to set up a textual / audible display of Bible verses and studies without being compromised by ads or other displays -- similar to setting up your own website today and having visitors peruse it -- then maybe it could be valuable...

How to load deluxe module after-the-fact?

I can go ahead and confirm. I figured you were probably right, so I ran the installer, unchecked everything except for the additional module -- and it is now installed along with the original selections. Good to have this here just in case someone else has the same question.

How to load deluxe module after-the-fact?

I can't seem to find an answer to this, so it must be so easy I can't figure it out! :) How do I load/install a deluxe module that I didn't initially install with the software? I'm able to download and install user modules but can't seem to find how to add deluxe modules after-the-fact. Thanks!

My question is I use Logos since Wordsearch got bought up but am interested in thoughts on this program for possible purchase thank you

Thank you. There is more in support that could be written for SS, but I have to stop somewhere or create my own blog post. :) I may do just that. I should say that the UI of SS does not look outdated, though some of the alternatives out there do, and look pretty cluttered. That doesn't mean...

My question is I use Logos since Wordsearch got bought up but am interested in thoughts on this program for possible purchase thank you

I've been using the free version of Logos as a secondary/backup for my Bible notes, just as a hedge because Bible programs don't always continue forever. But I like SwordSearcher's navigation and notes configuration, not to mention value. So here is my limited comparison experience. I have them...

Pls recommend tablet for elderly use

I realize this is more expensive than the Kindle Fire, but the Surface Go is a cheaper Windows 11 tablet (compared with the regular Surface), and SwordSearcher should run fine on it. I've been running it on an older Surface Pro 4. I realize my reply is a bit late. :)

    Possible size adjustments needed (?)

Hi Brandon, Thought I should update this thread on the small menu issue I was seeing with my scaled-up display. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and the menu is no longer small like it was before. So it appears to have been a scaling issue than an application issue. Not sure why just the dark...

Can I reset font size for all personal commentary notes?

Thanks wsbones -- this came in handy for me 4 1/2 years later. I added notes to every verse in the book of Mark before realizing I'd rather have the fonts in size 12 format rather than size 10. Ha ha. Kinda late to switch my decision. Exporting the notes as FORGE allowed me to search and replace...

    Possible size adjustments needed (?)

I scaled up the display to 350%, but it didn't impact the menu. However, it turns out to be less of an issue. All I have to do is click on a menu item, then I can hover the cursor over the entire menu and each submenu pops down the correct size: The same is true for the menu and module...

    Possible size adjustments needed (?)

I have yes -- I have 2 screens, a typical 23" monitor plus the TV, and most everything is scaled where I need it. I realize scaling makes it difficult to get everything exactly right. I just now moved SwordSearcher to my regular monitor and the menu did not scale down the way it does on the TV...

    Possible size adjustments needed (?)

I have been going through all the settings in the eval version of SwordSearcher, and I've been able to adjust just about everything pretty well for use on a TV screen 7 feet away (yes, that's actually how I use my PC :) ). However, there are a few size adjustments that could be added. In the...

    Evaluating ... Commentary Question

That's a great idea. So rather than pasting a few MBs into a single entry, for example, a link in the entry would refer back to the book?

    Evaluating ... Commentary Question

Much thanks, Brandon. I definitely wouldn't have that much text on a verse/entry basis, so it sounds like I would be fine. In all, I could see having 50-100MB of commentary text (just the text only) for the whole Bible, though that might be stretching it. I realize that's not all that large for...

    Evaluating ... Commentary Question

Hello SwordSearcher Users (and Brandon), I'm new to SwordSearcher and will likely purchase the Deluxe version. But I have a quick question before I do about commentaries ... Is it better to have one large commentary for notes, or to break it up into multiples? Is there a size limit where it's...
