I'd like to be able to set the font and size for the Bible links independently of the Bible text.

I'd like the Bible to be larger and the link as small as possible but still readable. More Bible would fit on the page without all the blank space in the Bible window when the links are showing. It would be more like marginal references in a printed Bible.

I agree. I would like the links to be available, but inconspicuous. Good post! :)
