Bible panel margin links

When I put in a verse in the Bible panel- only the commentaries appear in that panel. They are in green but the books listings do not appear in yellow as they are supposed to. I am assuming this is a setting but I cannot figure it out- help!!
 
Check the toggles in the Bible panel. You might have the book links switched off.

Also, go to the BIBLE menu and look for "Select items for Bible margin links" and make sure what you want is enabled there.
