Chapter 0/Verse 0?

In the user commentary area, it would be nice to have a 'Chapter 0' (in a book) and Verse 0 (in a chapter), an area where you could place an outline of the book/chapter or other overall comments about the book/chapter. Currently I place those in Chapter 1, verse 1, which takes away from keeping each verse commentary focused on that particular verse.

Just a thought.

You could create a user book with summaries of each chapter as topics. Then put a link in the user commentary on verse 1 of each chapter to the book topic containing the outline.

That would clean up the commentary. If you called the user book Chapter Summary, the entry could look nice and clean in the commentary.
