Edit a reading plan

Is there a way to edit a day (or several) in a reading plan (active or deactivated) without having to fix the imported source and reimport?

No, there is no day-level "editing" in SwordSearcher plans inside of the plan manager, etc. If you want to hand-tune a plan, it has to be done in a text file and imported.
