Flashing animations.

Would it be possible to have some flashing animation Highlights?
Like a really bright red, flashing, (like a warning)(maybe a two speed, slow and fast flashing) for some "Now live" very important verses, and also that we could see a list from the main page menu?
Just wondering how and if it would be possible.....I would love it!

There's no way to do it, currently, the way the system is set up internally.
