Font problem

Hello,

I have a MS Word document that I am using Times New Roman, 10.

When I copy and paste into a module I get Times New Roman 2, except for the last paragraph. It is always Verdana 2.

When I save the work it shows up as Verdana 2 for that last paragraph but unless I close out the edit window and re-open it I cannot correct the last paragraph because it shows it as Times New Roman 2 though the real window is showing Verdana 2. Does anyone have any suggestions - maybe I have it setup improperly??????

Sometimes MS Word makes it very hard to get a good copy into an HTML document (which is what user edits are in SwordSearcher). Usually it works.

Best solution is to paste it into Notepad first, then copy from Notepad into SwordSearcher. If that loses desired formatting, then you might try saving the Word document as an HTML file, then opening it in your web browser, and trying the copy-and-paste.
