In the KJVSL tab, clicking on the hebrew/greek word hyperlink returns the error message:

Hebrew/Greek lexicon not loaded.

Did you try putting the CD back into the CD drive, and when it starts automatically choosing the "repair" option, making sure you allow it to automatically install, rather than doing a custom install? Just a thought.

What version of the CD-ROM do you have? Did you select a complete installation when you installed the Deluxe version?
