Hot Key to Clone Panel?

It would be great to set a hot key or shortcut to CLONE a panel. Yes I've searched Help but got bogged down.

Yeah, there's no shortcut for that. But if your goal is to avoid using your mouse to right-click the panel, you can still quickly clone the active panel. If the panel has focus (if the text area has the darker black border around it), you can tap the popup menu key on your keyboard which does the same as right-clicking, and then cursor-up a couple of times to select the clone option.
