I created a book that has 14 entries. Is it possible to force each entry to start on a new page when printing the entire book?

Sorry, no. What I would do in this case is export the user module as an HTML file, open it in Word, and then get a page layout I was happy with before printing.
You can export from User menu, Advanced User Module Maintenance, Export as an HTML Document.
