Where can I find to add a note?

You'll use the items on the User menu to create your own personal book and/or commentary, then you can edit it.

For anyone else reading, I just needed to simply click on "User" at the top, and click on "Create New User Commentary"

If you assign a widget to your notes commentary, you can rest the cursor on it to see previous notes, or click on it when you want to add a new note.
