Does anyone know if Edward F. Hills work on "Believing Bible Study" and/or "The King James Version Defended" is copyrighted?

It is copyrighted but has been made available by the copyright hold for non-commercial distribution. Believing Bible Study is also under copyright. I do not know if it has been released for free distribution like KJV Defended.
