While using SS today, I opened the LTOC tool, it opened fine over the Bible pane, but I could not select it, use it, nor close it.

All SS functions worked fine, even the Bible pane with the LTOCT over it.

I tried minimizing SS, but that did not help.

Closed SS and the LTOCT worked fine.

Not sure if it is a concern, just wanted to report it.
