This book was mentioned in a book that was given to me, The Pleasures of God, by John Piper as follows:

I have not read either book yet but hopefully they are good.

I read Part 1 and 2 and found part 3 embedded in part 2. I fixed it and uploaded it again at the same link below in the thread.
