I've got quite a backlog of user-submitted modules in the repository. I have been unable to work the time needed to review these into my schedule. For the time being, uploading new modules in the repository is disabled.
If you have submitted a module that has not appeared publicly, please do not regard this as a disapproval of your module. It's not. I simply haven't been able to review all of the pending modules and this is unlikely to change.
If you have previously uploaded a module that is public in the module repository, you should still be able to upload new versions of it (corrections, etc.). It's just that right now, I am unable to do due diligence in reviewing new modules before making them public.
Users are certainly free to share their module downloads through channels outside of the module repository.
