Are you sure you've installed the full version from CD -- with the complete library? Try installing again and be sure you don't do a "custom" installation type with the images removed. The only condition where the image viewer should be inaccessible is if the image packs are not installed.

yes I installed the full version from CD when I got it(some months ago), and the image viewer was working up until 2 weeks ago.

Any way I installed the C.D. again and it is ok.
