No "User Directory"

I don't see a "user" directory in the directory
C:\Program Files\SwordSearcher 4

Do I have the wrong version or something?

My guess is you are still using the evaluation version. I do not think the eval version has the user directory.

Even with the eval version, however, you can create the user directory yourself and Swordsearcher will pick up any content placed in that directory.

As Jerry said, you can create the directory if it does not exist. It would be automatically created for you if you created a new user commentary or book with the User menu, as well.
