Passage range for "my notes"

Would (or is) it be possible to enter a passage range while editing "my notes", so that I can include more than one verse that the note would apply to? So a range of Job 1:9-10 would show the same note on both verses 9 and 10.

No. The way I handle this is to create a link to the main verse with the content. You can do that in the Editor on any verse from the Insert menu. Since the verse will now have content, and you can easily click through to the verse with the real content.
