Printer preferences from Page Setup

Hi. I don't know why, but every time I try to print and select my printer's PREFERENCES button from SS9 Book Panel, the program shuts down. I have included 3 screenshots of what's happening. The SS program shuts off when I click 'Preferences' as in pic3. Please help.

That printer preferences window (that you're trying to open) is a system dialog and controlled by the operating system. It is probably trying to call into your printer drivers. I suggest upgrading your printer drivers and see if that helps.

I remembered that I just recently checked my Printer Driver and it was up to date. I'm glad to report that the above issue I was having has somehow resolved itself. Thx.
