Project List??? or To Do List???

Is it possible that we can get a Forum/Thread with a Project or To Do List in place for User Created Modules and have someone manage it? I would like to start creating some modules but do not really know where to start. Kind of Like Microsoft Project in a sense.

There's nothing official -- people tend to work on what they are interested in.

If you want to avoid duplication of effort, you might just post a list of what modules you are working on, just to see if anyone else has them already or is also planning them.
