To keep main panel of Scripture (or books/commentaries) anchored to the spot where one is reading when a link is opened. The clone panel does not accomplish this task because it is not made to work like the main panel. A good feature will be to be able to choose whether to open new links to the clone or to the main panel.

By default, CTRL+clicking a verse link opens it in a new clone Bible panel, leaving the main Bible panel right where it is.
Does that work for you? If not, what version of SwordSearcher do you have? If you have version 6.2 this is a configurable setting -- go to File, Preferences, StudyClick Options and check "When I hold CTRL and click a verse link..." to set what that does.
