I’m currently using the evaluation version of the Bible software and overall, I like it. However, I’ve encountered some problems where certain menus don’t work and cause the program to freeze. Could this be because I’m using the evaluation version? Specifically, the Preference and Settings menus (I even tried using Alt+F1), Tabs, and the Fonts and Colors option at the bottom left under the dark/light dropdown all freeze the program. I have to use Task Manager to close it when this happens. Most other menus seem to work fine, but these ones consistently give me trouble. I plan to purchase the full deluxe version asap, but being on a very limited SS income I have to plan a little more in advance. I know it comes with a 30 day moneyback and I hope these issues will not be in the deluxe version as I hate returning things... currently using windows 11 pro

Edit: I ran SwordSearcher in a sandbox environment and it works, trouble is on my end.. Thank you Brandon for the quick reply and assistance...

What you describe is not normal. I have not received any similar reports.

The evaluation version program code is the exact same program code as the full version. It won't work differently.

If the program remains frozen for more than 60 seconds, there should be an option to send a bug report. If you let the program sit for a minute after it appears to freeze, does a bug report window open? If so, please allow it to send the report. It could tell me what is happening on your system.
