Implemented! Toggles

I would like one toggle in the Bible window to turn on/off all links instead of three. It would be like the paragraph toggle except it would stay in verse mode.

Usually when I am reading I like the verse mode without links but when I want to do a study I like all the references available. I don't use the commentary, books and user note toggles independently.
