I use Treasury of Scripture Knowledge quite a bit and load the reference verses so I can read through each verse. I think it would be handy to have a button on the tool bar for loading all reference verses.
 
I would like to see TSK as a narrow column at the right of the Bible window. It could be a new window called a cross-reference window. It would be very similar to the cross-references in a print Bible.

You can do this now with custom layout enabled, but you lose the usefulness of the commentary window. That's why I think a fifth window would be useful.

A narrow window would be sufficient for TSK since you are really only interested in cross-references for the current verse.
