I downloaded the Companion Bible zip folder into the SwordSearcher user modules folder and extracted all. Two files were showing titled CBPDF-Assets and CBPDF.ss5book files. If I open the CBPDF.ss5book all the pdf files appear. If I drag the pdfs into the CBPDF-Assets folder they do not show in the books/Dictionaries section in the swordsearcher app. Any ideas?

Reading this, it occurred to me that you might be expecting to see the PDFs inside of SwordSearcher. SwordSearcher doesn't view PDF files as book modules. The user module you're referring to just acts as an index to the PDF files which would open in your PDF viewer.
