User commentary problem

Hi, this is a little embarrassing, but: I have a commentary that I've created where I've added notes to verses. There are a lot of notes in the commentary, but when I use the forward and backward arrow, it only shows me a few of the notes.

The embarrassing part is: what have I clicked to cause this to happen?
