How do I configure verse per line format in 6.2?

Just to be sure I understand -- are you talking about the special paragraph mode shown in this video: http://www.swordsearcher.com/video/qt/bible-text-display-modes.htm
The default state of the Bible panel is to not have paragraph formatting. If that's what you're talking about, all you have to do is click the pilcrow (paragraph symbol) icon on the toolbar to toggle paragraph mode on or off. If you're talking about the "new line each verse in paragraph mode" shown in the video, you will need to upgrade to 7.1. Version 6.2 did not have that feature.
