No, the floating panels are not considered separate application windows by the operating system, so they can't be moved to a different virtual desktop than the main SwordSearcher window. It may be possible to change some things to enable that; I will look into it. You may have notice that if you move the editor to a different virtual desktop, the SwordSearcher window goes along with it. It all works well, but dividing up application windows between virtual desktops doesn't seem to be an intended feature of the virtual desktops functionality. The key seems to be if a window has it's own task bar icon (as the image viewer does). Well, I will look into it.
