I downloaded the second file you mentioned. It does not have a filetype apparently because the name is too long. I had to rename it and add the SS5CMTY extension to make it work. I also noticed that many of the verses did not get converted to links properly because they have a format like this - 1.Tim.1:14 . SS doesn't know what to do with the period after the 1. This would apply to all books that have a 1 2 or 3 in the bookname.

The indenting and centering format also make it a little hard to read in the commentary pane.

I hope you don't mind the comments. They are meant to be constructive. It looks like a useful commentary from a brief look.
