In a one chapter book like Oba the "Mark Obadiah Read" message appears after the 1st verse rather than at the end of the chapter.

It looks to me like your plan has Obadiah VERSE 1 as the portion that is supposed to be read. Otherwise it should just say "Mark Obadiah Read."

I'd like to see the plan if you don't mind. I wasn't able to get any unexpected behavior in my tests.

Go to Devotional, Manage Reading Schedules, right-click on your plan, and do Save as Template. If you change the file type to plain text it would be easy to see just looking at it with a text file.

Here's the plan. It has Obadiah 1 in the plan. Should it just say Obadiah (Jude, etc) for 1 chapter books?

I changed the input file removing the 1 from the single chapter books and all is good now.
