Home screen F6 -OR- Alt=T

I have loved the ability to search for topics with the Alt T combination... But now we can just use F6 (or alt-G) and use the primary search box on the home screen, and in some respects get very similar results.

Which do you prefer? Please share why in the comments?

For now I am voting Alt T but mostly because I am used to it. It will be interesting to interact with both ways - or learn if people have another favorite way to search for topics / ides / information.

By the way, you usually don't have to use a shortcut if you want to use the main search bar. Unless you're already focused in an edit box, if you just start typing something, the text will go into the main search box automatically.
