Taking a PDF and making a user module

I have a question; I've found some material on the Public Domain that is in a PDF form, but I was wondering what I needed to do to make it a user module in Sword Searcher?

Copy and paste into user module entries. This is what most people do. It's straightforward once you create a module:

Another option is to use some other tool to convert your PDF to a more usable format (text or HTML, etc). If you know your way around programming/scripting you could generate an input file for Forge to build a module outside of SwordSearcher, but that is a highly technical operation.
