Actually, no I didn't ask about "user content". I asked about the books. To keep a personal copy as a backup. And to be able to standardize all my different types of books into one format, to use a single type of ereader for all of them, and for maintaining a books database.

Sorry, "jailbreak" is the only term I know, to convert proprietary to generic. I didn't mean anything by it. I didn't know this was in the manual. I thought my query was an exception. Thank you for the answer.

Is it possible to export modules as a pdf or epub, to keep as a generic personal backup copy? To jailbreak them out of a proprietary format, to be used with any ereader?

Excellent, thank you for looking into this. I was thinking the status bar. The search window has a counter already. I would give all objects an SS index, have them visible in every window on their respective status bar and have them linkable. Book (or module), chapter, page, paragraph/verse...

Ok thank you. How can I tell it the situations when I want it to obfuscate the book/chapter reference when in a sequence? In this particular example I want the book reference to appear in every entry. But not in all circumstances. Sorry if the answer to this is already in the manual.

The change would be mainly for the user content. All I can see is the word "and" when opening this.
