This will cause quite a bit of work maybe. But consider it, currently when you have a book with Chapter 1 > Chapter 100 it will unnaturally sort the numbers Chapter 1 .... Chapter 10... Chapter 2.... Chapter 20... Chapter 3. What I suggest is Swordsearcher's Book pane natural sort...
