So if you stopped in the middle of a chapter you cannot restart at the verse you stopped at... you have to go back to the beginning.

Yes, that is a small problem. I borrowed the Scourby version from my Online Bible. It came with the program I believe. You can start & stop at any verse in the chapter in OLB, but I don't think that supports other audio Bibles.
 
In reading over the posts I realize that I wasn't very clear as to what I downloaded from RevTim's post... I downloaded the first link not the Scourby and he reads the superscript of the Psalms... sorry for the confusion 🙃
