I agree, it's hard to stay disciplined in SwordSearcher with all the rich features and material. I have to pick a course and just stay with it or I go down many rabbit holes.

If the pcs are accessing the same modules and asset folders on your OneDrive, they will be getting the same information.

The assets folder is supposed to be kept in the same folder as the module, so when SwordSearcher links to something in the assets folder, the link in the module says to look in the same folder for the assets, so if you share, share both the module and assets folder - the recipient puts them both...

I have an underscore, i.e., _Notes, at the front of mine... That puts it at the top of the list in most instances, but at the bottom of the list in the drop-down selection for the commentary panel.

There are software programs that will convert pdf files to text. They're not free, but might be worth the price if you have a lot of pdfs to convert.
