Would you consider expanding the options for Highlights and Underlines - i.e. copy all verses on the list, separating by color used to Highlight or Underline, color intensity, etc.? I have a wishlist for options for Highlights and Underlines...

If the above doesn't work for you, you could try opening the pdf file in Word - make it editable, then make sure everything is where it should be and formatted correctly and copy it to your SS module from Word.
