Ok, in File Explorer, back up to Documents. Then on the upper right corner of the screen where it says "search", enter .ss5cmty and let's see what comes up.

Those filenames don't look right. I want you to go to C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\SwordSearcher User Modules and see what's listed there. Please note that OneDrive is not in that location.

I don't have that, but I'm willing to walk through some steps with you to try to help. It can be a process, but don't despair. When you're tracking down an error, only make one change at a time so you don't accidentally compound the problem.

You have to close and reopen SwordSearcher for the changes to take effect. When you reopen SS, see if your files are editable again...

Although it isn't a popup for the footnotes, you can right-click and clone the panel, then click on the footnote in the cloned panel so it will show the footnotes - then you can put the clone to the side so you can read the footnotes without losing your place in the main panel...

Do you have Word? Try pasting your image into a Word document, then you can resize it and right-click on the image and save it - just pay attention to where it is saved, and then you can try to upload it again. We're waiting! :)
