I don't have a lot of time to research this topic thoroughly. I just can't keep my bookmarks saved. If I restart my computer, all my bookmarks are deleted. What am I doing wrong?

When you close SwordSearcher, it writes your bookmarks to the system registry along with many other settings. If something is blocking SwordSearcher from writing or reading that, you will appear to lose your bookmarks.
My only guess is bad anti-virus software. I actually have seen this happen to users: the anti-virus software they used literally erased SwordSearcher's settings from the registry. I have no idea why they think that is safe or helpful.
